Work is done on the Emerald Park house! This remodel and addition enlarged the kitchen and added a master suite. A new deck provides easy access to the yard and small covered area. We are already looking forward to getting professional photographs next spring.
The front porch has received new concrete, guard rail and columns. Notice the custom dangling dot motif on all faces of the columns.
The kitchen has a generous island and efficient traffic flow. The materials and colors were selected with interior Designer Jennifer Randall & Associates.
The kitchen has a flexible lighting arrangement that allows users to light certain areas at a time. Here we see the kitchen sink and adjacent counters lit up.
The flared skylight well allows the natural light to spread more evenly throughout the kitchen. Notice the radiant heat panels and the custom pot rack.
The master bath mirror has flattering side lighting and an extra-deep medicine cabinet.
The master shower and tub are in a ‘wet room’ that is also a steam bath.
From the yard to the south of the house you can see the solar array on the roof and the bay window seat in the master bedroom.
The covered area of the deck has a built-in bench. Notice that the panel-and-dot motif in the bench back is echoed in an inverted form on the deck guardrail.
