In 2005, we helped the Sigma Kappa Mu Chapter House obtain City of Seattle Landmark status, becoming the only sorority or fraternity in Seattle to achieve Historic Landmark status both at the City of Seattle and on the National Historic Register. Now that they have scheduled some repairs and updates, we are helping them obtain approval for these from the Seattle Landmarks Board in preparation for permitting at the Building Department.
