This project has recently been completed and we are looking forward to getting pictures on a sunny day! Fair weather will allow us to complete the exterior painting. Should be a nice summer.
The new bay window provides an awesome view of Lake Washington.
A before and after image shows the new mantle, doors to the deck and the entry off the corner has been enlarged.
This before and after shows that while the old deck was enclosed, the new deck is open with half of the deck covered and now has direct access to the yard and provides covered access to the garage.
The proverbial ‘cat bird seat’!
